CASPER- Police have submitted misdemeanor charges to the Natrona County District Attorney's Office in connection with a July crash that killed a Casper man.
Investigators are recommending a failure to yield the right of way charge for Jennie L. Miller, the Nebraska woman whose Hummer collided with a Harley-Davidson on July 10 at the intersection of CY Avenue and Robertson Road. The Harley's driver, 55-year-old Michael D'Arcy, died at the scene, and his wife, Debra, suffered major injuries.
