Last month we had record snowfall, over 60 inches and the temperatures dipped to below "0" on many occasions. Every time we would get dug out and the roads packed down, the snowplows would come by and mess it up leaving a 3 or 4 foot berms of packed ice and snow in front of the driveway. There was so much snow on the roof we had to shovel it off. Many roofs collapsed, mostly industrial type buildings with flat roofs. So when's this global warming shit going to kick in? And don't even get me started the economy. All that said, I got to say this.
We do what we have to do and make the most of it. 60 inches of snow: I had a sledding hill in my front yard "0" temps: I could keep my beer cold on the back porch. Driveway blocked: All that shoveling kept me in shape Up on the roof: It was like standing on top of the fucking world. The economy: I can buy stuff really cheap [b] LIFE IS GOOD !!! |

I love Texas. I used to ride alot down there in the early 70's. I was stationed at Ft. Hood in 72' with the 1st. Cav. I had a buddy that had a Norton Commando. Almost every weekend we would either go to Austin or Dallas. Even the bad weather was good.
60 degrees in Florida? You're having a real cold snap aren't ya.  Lifes to long to have a shitty demeanor.
