This is an interesting letter to the editor at the Daily American ...
Friday, September 4, 2009 11:34 PM EDT To the editor: On Aug. 15, as I drove along airport road toward the Galleria in Richland Township, I noticed in my mirror that a motorcycle behind me was weaving back and forth. As I continued toward Sheetz, the operator pulled directly in front of me. He then ran a red light. I thought to myself that if this were me, I’d be pulled over. I stopped at Sheetz and so did the biker, to get gas. That’s when I saw the “colors” on his jacket - Blue Knights - and it came to me that he’s a cop. He can do whatever he wants. Who is going to stop him? He walked into the store like he was a God. I’ll remember him and the cycle, but what good would it do in a corrupt county such as we have? George D.
