Harley-Davidson workers who recently lost their jobs at the company's York operations said they weren't surprised, and even have hope they will one day get called back.
Still, they are looking for new jobs and considering new careers.
About 50 to 60 of those workers attended a Rapid Response Team meeting Wednesday, according to the United Way of York County, which hosted the event at its King Street headquarters.
Local and state officials helped walk the dislocated workers through benefits and resources available to them.
