Default Razorback Rally 2010

Some have mentioned doing the Ozarks.

1) This Year? Next Spring? Next Fall?
2) 3 days including travel to and from home (so one ride day in Ozarks?), 4 days? More than 4 days?

I would suggest at least 4 days. It will be a long ride in for all, but especially Houston.

Keep in mind some of the travel will be in the mountains. Not as fast as Interstate
Houston - Eureka Springs 565 miles.
Dallas - Eureka Springs 376 miles
Tatum - Eureka Springs 364 miles
Cleveland, TN - Eureka Springs 631 miles
Albuquerque, NM - Eureka Springs 795 miles
Daytona Beach, FL - Eureka Springs 1141 miles

Anything over about 450 a day is a chore especially accompanied with our beautiful women.

Many options. More days the better.

What say you??

Hot Springs may make a lot more sense than Eureka Springs. We could cut down on the travel mile in for some and get in two days of riding. We could do Mt Nebo then (not for the weak of heart). Those are some serious hairpin turns and a bunch of them.

Concerning Hot Springs

Houston - 418
Dallas - 292
Cleveland, TN - 562

Do we have posters or even posers in Austin too? If so they would have 475 miles.

All I intended to say is that over 450 miles a day and you are stretching it. With men you can call them a bunch of wussies and get another 250 out of them.

I thought it would be appreciated that I referred to them all on this board beautiful as they are.

I can plan as many miles as anyone wants. I am sharing what I have learned over many long rides.

No harm intended. I apologize if anyone was offended.

How about back to the topic??

Ms.Betty "almost" never complains! She's a great rider. I think this would be a Great ride, weather should play heavily into when it's scheduled IMO, that and how many are interested.

you folks know i'm going to be interested. 2 days out, 2 days back and 3 or 4 days while we're there sounds good to me. money, employment and life in general could affect that either good or bad.
