Downhill skiing is a blast. It's the main thing I miss about living in the south.

Way to go Shell! You did great and will get remarkably better each time you go.

If you love to crash, then snow skiing is the way to go LOL!

Good job Shell. I went skiing and even took a half day lesson and still couldn't ski. I went back to the room, lit a fire in the fireplace, popped a cold one and had dinner waiting when my clan came in cold and hungry from skiing. The kids had never been and took to it like fish to water.

You hit the nail on the head BP..If we gotta live in it I guess we need to enjoy it...The hill we went to is the only damn dry ski resort around. LOL
Not sure if I'll get out again in the next couple of weeks but my next big adventure is Mexico at the end of Feb. The way things are going at work might be my last big trip for awhile.
But one glowing light at the end of the tunnel is riding season is heading our way...YEE HAW..well hopefully soon LOL

I wish you all the best at work. Who knows what lies ahead with the way everything is going. So far lots of talk and no action.
Looks like we will lose some snow this weekend when we hit a balmy 7 C. or 45 F. for you all down south of here.

Shell the ski bunny.

You know what the high was today in Daytona Mark? 45 freakin' degrees. Seriously.

Back to the mid 70s by Saturday though.

Cheers,

Speed
