Like everyone else, I have close friends that are currently in both Iraq and Afghanistan getting shot at by some of the world’s truly lowest life forms (terrorists).
I ran across this and thought our Canadian friends might enjoy it. Regardless of the flag on they’re uniform, a Vet is a Vet. May the bottoms of their boots be stained with all of our nation’s enemy’s blood, especially those that would seek to do harm to innocents… |

Thanks for that video, it was really well produced....one thing we can all take solace in...our countries soldiers are without a doubt some of the most highly trained soldiers in the world...the best of the best....hearts like lions...
We only do what we can do for them on the home front...for me I pray to St Michael, our patron Saint of Soldiers.....to protect our hero's in the hour of battle....and if one of ours gives his life...then we recieve him back home with the honour and dignity that he has more then earned... Today is one of those days...2pm... Trooper Brian Richard Good, The Canadian Royal Dragoon's we'll be repatriated at CFB Trenton, him and his family will make the 180km Trec down the Highway of Hero's to Toronto, and then my unit along Toronto Fire, Toronto Police, , and E.M.T will recieve him with full honour guard!! May his sould rest in eternal peace, and his family find hope and strength during this difficult time!! |
