Default rear running lights

turn signals work flashers work, just no running lights. what should i do first?

I called Ram to make sure I was thinking right first he agreed. Look under the rear fender. There are 3 wires that run to the rear signals. 1 ground, 1 turn signal/flasher wire and one for the running lights. You may have a broken or disconnected wire. Visually inspect for an obvious broken wire. If not pull the harness connector apart and put a light on it to see if it's still getting juice to the running lights. If not check for a possible fuse then get ready to run an alternate wire and see if it works. Chances of loosing 2 bulbs at once seems pretty slim but possible.

It is possible Mom's, Bomber had that happen with his. Both lamps popped at once which is rare but annoying since you first think it is a wiring/fuse issue. Check the easy stuff first.

Thanks BP that was my first thought then I thought nawww no way. Obviously there is away. Thanks for the lesson.
