Default dead bike

got ready to roll yesterday ...morning hit the ignition switch...dead as a doornail! checked the battery connections and grounds..ok...next pulled the fuse panel cover off and removed the main fuse to see if it was burned....it was not burnt but was a little corroded/oxidized looking. wiped it off reinserted and juice was back. i love it when a plan comes together. I had washed the bike up and detailed it the day before.

head doc you should take some electrical cleaner or wd 40 and spray the fuse panel with the fuse's out then reinstall them once corrosion starts it tends to build up quickly

Headdoc, most of the auto supply houses have a grease that is made especially for electrical connections and fuses, get some and use it on all the fuses. It will stop that problem. The WD-40 will dry out and it will happen again, the grease will not dry out..
