This is getting a tad fustrating....

I pulled the wires back thorugh....checked them out and fixed a couple of spots, shrink wraped.

before i put them back through I tested for spark....and i had spark

Oulled them through, put the controls back on and no spark

I have continuity from the the battery right to the coil...I have 12 volts from the battery right to the coil, and no spark. I jump wired it again and I had spark, so the plug wires are fine...

How can i have power and continuity through the whole circuit from battery to coil and no spark?? and there new plugs

check the kill circuit at the handle bars , you must be pinching a wire when you put it back together

Check for spark with the control covers unbolted and hanging free. Let us know what you come up with.
