Always go with your gut LOL....I didn't feel right about the multimeter i was using, so i got a new one tonight....and sure enough when I retested for cotinuity from the kill switch to the bars, I found the grey wire indeed had continuity....so hopefully this is all that is fucked up.
I will have to pull the wires from that side and see what went wrong

Trying to get these fuckin wires back out is a task for sure....once I get them I am seriously considering opening up the hole a bit and the bottom of the bars, and of course smoothing it back down before trying to pull the wires back through.
Would it hurt anything if i greased the tubing before re entry....hell this is starting to sound like anal sex LMFAO!!!

Fubar, you can lube it with dish washing liquid, works like a champ.. Stay away from anything petroleum based as it will soften the wire coating.... and maybe leading to shorts later on :wink:
