Default Video software

What programs do some of you use to make the video slide shows with still shots and music? What are some of the better/easier ones to use? TIA.

It seems like I have tried every program out there lol. When Msbetty's dad passed away she wanted me to make a slide show with photos and music and be able to watch it on TV lol. So I tried out at least 3 or 4 programs. The one that I finally bought and got to work with music and play on a TV was Roxio Easy Media Creator. I have also used power point it works great to.

i use a few different ones.
for actual video (moving) i just use the microsoft stuff and throw it to youtube. for the photoshows, i use comcast photoshow deluxe (there is a free version but not sure if you can publish it, the full version is free to comcast customers) and i have another 3-d photo one that is pretty kewl but i don't use it much because you have to publish to an html site and it requires the viewer to download a .exe to view it.

I liked comcast when we had it. Time Warner bought them out and I am not sure how their program works yet.

I hope it doesn't happen to you either. It was not a fun transition this time.
