Default any advice welcomed

I have a 2006 Screamin Eagle Ultra with 50K miles and just experienced cam chain tensioner failure that wiped out cams, lifters and dropped metal in bottom end. I am putting in a new flywheel, crank, timken bearings, cams lifters valves, basically a total rebuild. I have the stock Screaming Eagle 103 heads and would like to bump up the compression to about 10.2-10.5 to take advantage of cam performance. Any suggestions on where to find forged flat top pistons that will fit these heads. I don't have the funds to go a total head flow job so I'll have to use what I have. Bike has a SE air cleaner, PC III, and Rinehart 2-1 exhaust. My goal is 110 torque, not really worried about HP as I don't normally ride hard enough to get peak HP. I'm going to stick with the stock tensioner setup so any cam recommendations would be welcomed. I an thinking se 211's. I had 257's in the bike but it came on way too late. I'd like the torque in the 2000 - 4500 range.
Thanks
